Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may send it back to us within 30 days of receipt. To return or exchange an item, please fill out the form included with your shipment and send to the address provided. Item(s) must be unworn and in the original shipped condition with tags attached. All handmade/beaded items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

We process and ship packages by FedEx Monday through Friday. Orders typically take 24-48 hours to process unless item(s) are back ordered. Shipping time is in addition to processing time.

Shipping Confirmation E-mails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email will include the tracking number.

United States (48 contiguous United States)

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is only $10.00 for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed. We use FedEx ground shipping for all orders in the continental US. Orders arrive within 5-7 business days.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers

The cost for shipping is $20.00 for your entire order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via FedEx and arrive within 7 business days.
